Best application

Being my first experience with a dietitian, I found Dr. Asfia Fatima to be inquisitive of my goals and able to draw knowledge from wide sources of information. I left feeling heard and understood with actionable steps to take towards build a healthy relationship with food. What I appreciated most was her wholistic approach diet, taking into account my background, routine, skills and identifying ways to overcome any barriers.

Need to add scan food thruough picture

Its really good but if we can add scan food through picture with Ai, it will be wonderful

Great app for people serious about weight loss/ muscle gain goals

I have been using this app on a daily basis since mid-July. I workout regularly and have been on a constant lookout for an app that is tailored to folks on primarily on an Indian vegetarian diet (like myself). Hint app provides useful data with breakdown of important metrics in multiple charts which are easy to read, interpret and follow, making it a phenomenal resource of information to update/modify multiple facets of my fitness goals. It has a very user-friendly layout with info on macronutrients and calorie composition of each meal intake which helps me in meal planning for the day with an even spread of calorie intake to keep me full throughout. This inturn provides a chance to hone my current regimen to build an ultimate program to reach my goals. Not to forget, the app provides access to a large database of tasty recipes based on the selected diet plan and fitness goals. I have also found the developers to be receptive to feedback with quick responses. Highly recommended!!!!

Great recommendations

Thanks for the amazing recipes and plans. Please also add an option to input resting metabolic rate and suggest plans based on that too if possible. Not everyone needs ~2000 kcal consumption plans.

Excellent nutrition and calorie tracking App

As an Indian in Canada, I have been looking for apps to track calories accurately for Indian food and I didnt find any useful ones. I've been following hintnutrition on Instagram for years, and I've eagerly awaited its availability in Canada and it has truly delivered.
In addition to tracking my nutrition and calories, the ability to track vitamins and minerals for Indian food is an incredibly helpful feature , setting Hint apart from the rest. The balanced diet plan has been a game-changer, leading to noticeable fat loss.
It provides great information about protein options for vegetarians as well. I recommend Hint to all Indians looking for simple, scientifically driven and user-friendly nutrition app!
