Confusing fun!

Don't know why others have said this game gives them troubles because it worked flawlessly with absolutely no glitches for me running off macOS Sonoma 14.5. A good long game with some puzzles that'll make you bite your lip until it bleeds. Have to confess I had to cheat a few times and go to a walkthrough site, and even with that I was still scratching my head. Love the artwork and the abandoned look of the school. I'll be playing it again in the very near future.

Perfect

Hard just enough, I’m a fan of escape game and this one deserves a 5 starts. Good job!!!

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to leave a review! As the sole developer of the game, it means a lot to hear that you enjoyed it and found the difficulty level just right. I'm thrilled to hear that you're a fan of escape games and that you feel this one deserves a 5-star rating. Your support and encouragement are greatly appreciated, and I'm grateful to have players like you who enjoy my work. Thank you again, and I hope you continue to enjoy playing the game!

Excellent game

I am not good with the directional arrows, the motion is difficult for my dyspraxia to get to grips with, so it took a while to have a go at this one.

Nice long game, motion isn’t dependant on time, or hiding, so can be done at your own pace.

Options available for sound control, and saves. (For which, I would suggest you do regularly)

Such an enjoyable game. It follows a very logically quirky storyline. Puzzles are sometimes a little unusual, and working them out a little challenging. However, it is a puzzle game, not an excuse for a glorified hidden object scene.

I loved the game concept, what a difference from the early games. Would be lovely to not have to do the directional arrows, as I have no joystick to help, but that is such a minor issue.

Thank you for the quality graphics, challenging puzzles, long game, and control options.

Keep them coming. Worth every penny.

Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! I'm glad to hear that you found the game enjoyable and appreciate the effort you made to overcome the difficulty caused by the directional arrows, particularly given your dyspraxia. It's great to hear that you found the game's length and pace well-suited to your needs, and that the options for sound control and saving were helpful. I'm thrilled that you found the storyline engaging, and that the puzzles were both challenging and unique. I appreciate your feedback on the directional arrows, and will keep it in mind as I continue to develop future games. Thank you again for your kind words and support, and I'm glad to hear that the game was worth every penny!

Good game but needs an update - glitch.

Update: I have deleted and reloaded the game. I am now stuck at an earlier point of the game than where it froze originally. I know I am entering in a correct code (I have passed this point before and have double checked on a walkthrough). So I am giving up..
Essentially this is not finishable.

So I am a huge fan of escape games. This game has been a pleasure to play up until today. It has been lengthy, plenty of puzzles, and it is challenging. Some of the math puzzles are far fetched (why would I know to multiply a bunch of numbers together?) but most of the puzzles are logical. The movement is clunky at times but easy to overcome. I have been making sure to save as I go though I think it saves after every chapter. ( I learned the hard way after getting up midway in a chapter and having to replay it.) The problem: I got up and walked away after completing the gym chapter. I reloaded the game and got a white screen…. I exited and tried again.. same thing. Sigh. I dont know if any others have had the same issue or not due to lack of reviews. I do think that the game is worth the price as long as this glitch is fixed or not a common issue. I will estimate around 4 hrs of play up to this point.

Thanks for the feedback, I haven't had any reports on the issue you are having, if you would be kind enough to email me directly (help at m9games.co.uk) with more details then I can look into this and post a fix :)

Not working with trackpad

I just purchased this game and Vereda and can't use either with my trackpad on my Mac. Waste of money!

Flawless operation

Works without glitches! Very interesting puzzles. Overall a well designed and playable game!

Great to hear the game worked perfectly! Thanks for playing

Brilliant 😃

Totally loved every minute of this, sad I’ve finished now but it is a really good length, the puzzles are just right, lots to explore, lots of great aha moments, only needed one hint when I couldn’t find a keypad number but overall another fantastic game by this great developer. Due to either my iPad or a glitch I couldn’t finish Verada as a hot spot wasn’t there to interact with but Alumni has been totally seamless and I’ve loved every minute, well worth the money and some! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
