Why the game deleted my first avatar that I made and the game kicked me out of the game what is going on with this game

I dont know if its only me but when I downloaded the game and pressed on it it just kiked me out.

It has so many ads and it’s annoying I don’t like it.

So as soon as I get in the app like there is like a select a character thingy and I scroll down yeah it’s like a lil lag BUT if I select a character it freezes my screen AND IT LAUNCHES ME OUT OF THE GAME I tried like so much times and it just keeps launching me out of the game like FIX IT - edited - okay once I updated it I open the app and when unity thing disappears I GET LAUNCHED OUT THE GAME INSTANTLY LIKE I JUST WANT TO MAKE A AVATAR OMG

I couldn’t get in the app
I tried to get in the app but it kept on taking me back to the home screen. It might just be my phone, but if you can would you please fix it?

It’s terrible I can’t even play my game.. it always crashes
Too many ads
Not only are a ton of features blocked by 40 second ads, but every 30 seconds that you’re in the app, a 40 second ad comes. I couldn’t even finish making my first avatar. Stupid app, deleting and will never download again. Don’t waste your time, I’m sure there’s better apps out there than this garbage.
