Unfair charges even after quitting the program

Needs major improvements
The app is no longer loading but from reading other reviews this is a recurring problem for users that clearly has not been resolved.
Also, I am unable to reschedule through the app as all appointments are prescheduled and you are not allowed to go over your monthly allotment. It would be better if each date had a reschedule or cancel option so that parents can manage their children’s schedules through the app. In the meantime, I have to email my local dojo directly (which is fine but the other way would be much more preferable).
Lastly, this has nothing to do with the developer but the use of the app by the dojo team. My child’s progress is never current in the app. I still have to ask after each class: 1) what was worked on; 2) where is he at in the program; 3) what skills is he
working on; etc.

They transferred my kid because a location closed. I’ve had no comms with new site manager. Tried to go, but my kid couldn’t because they didn’t do it right. They weren’t available. I miss the old location, Kayla was amazing. She set the bar high. So far the new site is far from good.asdfghytredxcvbb
Feels Like an Advertisement for Itself
(First Impressions): Front page is more about selling Code Ninjas to you after you already subscribed. Enrolled classes don’t show easily. Auto-enroll for future classes does not show what you enrolled in easily. Messenger feature is not necessary. Enrolled child profile does not appear to show easily if at all. The act of enrolling in the class feels like something I could have called in or used a webpage to do.Chad-T

for a company that is training people to be programmers it is clear the app was written by amateurs
major issues are
1) it starts showing a video when starting the app. very unprofessional. bad gui design. you don’t do that - ever!
2) the schedule for your kid(s) classes does NOT reliably show up and it frequently (usually) says no classes are scheduled even though they are. sometimes it corrects itself after 3-4 mins
3) there is no way to add the schedule of classes or events that do show to your calendar by clicking a button
it is clear that the developers of the app didn’t understand basic app design principles

App doesn’t load
This app doesn’t load. When you enter your code and log in the first time, the app works. It’s clumsy, but it works. However, if you close the app and try to re-open it, the app will not load. The only solution that I’ve found is to keep the app open. If I ever close it, the only way I can get back in to schedule an appointment is if I reinstall the app. However, when you reinstall the app, you cannot see any past appointments so it’s impossible to track how many hours we have used. I like the Code Ninja’s center but am considering quitting because the scheduling via this app is impossible.Beatrice AJ
