Great game until the updates stopped
Great graphics, and the self-paced approach makes the game fun and relaxing. However, the lack of updates and unaddressed glitches by the developers has made the game obsolete. I recommend trying any other Netflix game by any other group of developers. This group obviously took the licensing money from Netflix to their bank and have checked out.Show lesscatmandude81

No updates, dead
This version of the game hasn’t updated in months and the devs have even pared down some content. They removed the daily reward for completing the daily quests.

Purchased item never received, lacks support.
Bought an item for 5,000 play points and never received it. Not only that, I can’t even attempt to buy it again because it says I “already purchased” it. What a waste. Been patiently waiting for a new event the past few months too. Haven’t gotten anything new since the Halloween event? My friend plays the non-netflix edition of this game and has events almost monthly. I picked the wrong game😞Show lessSmiley-face:)

Game lost all my progress
Don’t play this you’ll lose all your progress which is tied to real world time passing. At some point the game kicked me out to a black screen and set me back to more or less the beginning of the game with no way to recover. This seems to happen a lot if you look at the other reviews. Data loss common issue
Just lost 9 weeks of progress, and unable to restore despite regular cloud backups. Customer service could only tell me ‘this is a common issue with this game’. Bummer, was a cute game, but that’s just too frustrating on top of the limited and painfully slow content.waterdog_jen
Love the game but would like some updates
This is such a relaxing game that I like logging into every night after work. The only real downfall with this game that I see is that I can’t play in landscape mode on me iPad. With such a large screen on an iPad Air, landscape mode is just more suitable for playing games. I hope the devs can make that slight adjustment because I think it would make the game a lot better to play on tablets and phones with larger screens.
