Storage issues
Fun game except after a certain point you cant upgrade storage (silo and barn) because you don’t have enough money to pay for the missing parts, so you have to wait for things to sell in your store or for orders to come with stuff you already have, and if those don’t work, you end up not being able to play anymore…

As said above this game would be so much better if you could access your friends shops and kick inactive players from the community to make room for active ones.
Suggestion to the developers
Hi Developers,
Can you please add a rotate button for each items so when we decorate our farm, it’ll be more aesthetically pleasing and more realistic. Let us buy plots to plant stuff instead of restricting it, i guarantee, it’ll make us play longer.
A question, why some players can sell items beyond the max price? It’s not fair for many like me who only can sell items at the setting price. Please investigate and make it right

Lost all silo and barn storage.
I was really enjoying this and participated in a seasonal event. I was up to level 20 and the seasonal event ended. App prompted me to restart app because the event was over. I closed the app then reopened it. All my storage in silo and barns were back to beginning level, there’s no Netflix icon in top right corner, I’m back to level 1 but still have all my crops and animals. What the? Disappointed!

i enjoyed it well but…
I am really enjoying this game. The characters are so cute and adorable. However, the storage upgrade screen does not display anything. Even after restarting the game, I still get a blank screen and cannot upgrade. Please help me so that I can continue to enjoy this game.
Connection issues
I was enjoying playing until the next time I tried to get in the game. I keep being told there’s an internet issue and can’t connect even though all my other games let me in. I only got to level 8 and now I can’t get in please fix this 🙏
My definition of a cozy game
My definition of a cozy game is any game that keeps up with the player, instead of the typical other way around. Play as much as you want, take a break, come back everything is right where you left it, just waiting for you to binge for as long as you want again. Repeat to satisfaction.
A fun game but very limited
It starts out a really fun game but by level 45, I had upgraded as far as possible and had nothing to buy so it becomes dull very quickly. It's a shame because the graphics are sweet and the game starts really fun. Add new things and new uses for the community food.
Customer Service Review
After the Valentine’s Day event my game has a glitch & reset experience level back to one all while showing every item that has been unlocked. Even the silo & barn reset to level one. Tried contacting customer support on this issue & the first one ended the chat early. The second one asked me to uninstall the app & I agreed, while the app was uninstalling which doesn’t take that long, that person ended the chat. & my final attempt was last night & the person didn’t know how to fix the issue & kept asking the same questions over and over.

Reset my progress?
Valentines event ended and I am back to level one. I have too many things in my silo and storage house.. It’s unplayable now.
