Works like therapy!
It’s easy for me to get down on myself when I run into a worrysome situation throughout my day. Tire blew out on the way to work? Stained my favorite shirt? Didn’t get that work project done on time? I just snap a picture of whatever the situation is and flush it down the toilet. It helps to mentally clear the negativity from the mind and move on to the more important things in life! It feels like youre getting it off your chest and tossing the worries away. Highly recommend!!Jocobobo
