App Lacking Updates
No attention to the app. I’ve been told on multiple occasions that they will be updating the app with many scheduling fixes. Nothing in over a year has been done. Constantly disconnects from our network. Everyone you talk to acts surprised to hear this. All in all, bad customer service.
Terrible glitchy app
Deleted and reinstalled multiple times. Can’t find the system. Avoid buying this system. I don’t get the sense that they care.
Easy to learn
The app itself it’s pretty self explanatory and easy to learn to make your own patterns.
Wish that they would have more fun presets or more types of movements for the lights.
I’ve seen some pretty cool features on other peoples houses and wish I could get our lights to do the same.
Went with Watts because they were reasonably priced compared to other companies.
Hopefully as they grow they will update the app with more features.
Maybe even a shared folder so customers can upload their patterns to share with others.

Would be nice if the connection wasn’t lost daily
I can never figure out why watts keeps going offline
Very bad
Already failing connections. I don’t know what to do to have a connection with the connector. My lights are off and I can’t turn them on. It’s like 3000$ spend for nothing
Needs improvement
They are very slow in updating app and adding templates or new effects. This app missed the gradient effect which can be implement easily and make lights very beautiful. They just need to define start and ending colors and app should interpolate betwern colors to change color gradually. This company is behind competitors.

Don’t buy these lights
A complete waste of 5k. Yeah they look nice when they are on but good luck getting them on. Good luck getting them off too. The app is for a 5 year old. The lights go on whenever they want too. Middle is the night, no problem. Try turning them off, forget it, them come back on 5 minutes later. We have had a service tech out once already because nothing would work. He says…yeah the controls boards are in beta testing…these ones should work better. Nope, 2 weeks later and the lights are toast again, nothing works. What a waste. Email tomorrow to say come rip these off my house and give me my 5k back. As stated by other negative reviewers, everything in my house on wifi works just fine. These don’t and 6 months of this hassle is ridiculous. I too doubt the people who say this app is great.

Watts 2.0 App
The other people who rated this app have got to be paid employees. The app constantly disconnects from the system and needs to be reconnected. It’s not my internet or location of the box for the lights, nothing else in my house experiences these kind of problems. I get two different interferences on the app, it’s completely random which one I get when I open the app. 6.5k for lights and nothing but frustration with the app. Please fix it and send an update!

Very well done app
I’ve used many other led controller apps, although this one might take you a min or two to figure out (it’s actually rather intuitive) the sheer number of things you can do to control your lights is unlike any other app I’ve used. And the seem to take feedback very seriously, always improving it!
So many features!!
The Watts app is very user friendly with lots of different color and options to chose from.I love playing with my lights and recommend Watts Lights to everyone.
