Pointless app when the ticket scanner doesn’t ever function. Been this way since the app changed and not a single thing has been done to fix it despite endless complaints from people. Where’s the money really going SD?
-Developers Replied “ensure I have granted my app permissions to use camera”. -Seriously? Cmon now. I’m staring right through the camera and scanner line and it does NOTHING! Same as it’s done the past 4 iPhones I’ve owned. It’s the App! You think it would have 1.8 stars because people can’t turn on permissions?

Camera doesn't work
Camera doesn't work anymore every time I try to scan tickets to check winner/not winner and for play it again. I uninstalled and installed app, keep updated, tickets flat, barcode clear of scratch off material, try flash on-flash off, lens clear, change distance of tickets. Should bring back manual entry for scratch tickets. To no avail the red line just keeps blinking No barcode captured. :( IDK WHAT ELSE TO DO??! Please help! Thanks bunches
