  • Good but meh

It’s one of them game once you start your drawn back, it’s not a great game but the combat is fun the overall plot is interring and it’s got some great art and visuals

7/10 worth checking out if you like this gameplay with a narrative driven style.
  • I have no words

I don’t usually write reviews but this game is unbelievable. The animation and storyline and all the characters blew my mind and I can’t think of a single negative thing about it. I wish there was a second part to this because of how amazing this game is and I will never regret getting this game
  • Guy sets himself on fire

I have a shield, but can’t get near him, he sets himself on fire and I lose the battle. After the fifth time without a single clue what to do, I deleted the game. Puzzles are fine, but I need a clue.
  • Warning

First half is ok, then they take your good characters away and make the levels impossible so im unable to complete because the difficulty setting toward the end of the game isnt correctly adjusted, either that or poor game design.
  • Seems racist

    Game seems racist.
  • Screw you Netflix

    :)
  • Chilled out, but slow.

It’s initially engaging and charming. Excellent soundtrack and simple yet evocative visuals.

I was compelled to continue playing with the expectation that simple gameplay would evolve in complexity. However the gameplay doesn’t seem to develop any sophistication past the first hour. I was particularly disappointed that the boat wasn’t able to be upgraded. It’s speed seems to be artificially slow in order to pad out the game.

The story was cute, but not enough to placate my need for more interesting gameplay.

The concept has so much potential, but ultimately falls short of its initial promise.

Having said that I look forward to see what else comes from the game developers.

  • Great stuff

I played Golf Club Wasteland last year on switch as it served as a chill game to play in bed with it’s radio and simple gameplay.

This is in the same vein and I smashed through it as it was surprisingly moreish.
  • Great writing, great music, no bugs!

This is a great little game. It’s not long, which I think is fine. The writing is great, with plenty of literary and pop culture references that made me chuckle, even if some went over my head. The radio station with original soundtrack was also excellent. The graphics aren’t super high-res but are decent. The turn-based battles are basically puzzles - the key is to find the right tactics, and although with a few exceptions they aren’t that hard I enjoyed them trying to win them in the fewest turns. I was pleasantly surprised that unlike all the other Netflix games I’ve played I found no bugs, and the game was stable - it didn’t crash on me once. Some other reviewers have complained about bugs, so maybe they’ve all been fixed or maybe I was lucky!

  • Love everything about this game except for the bugs

It’s becoming a recurring theme with Netflix offered mobile games. I enjoy everything about this game, but I reached a bug that doesn’t allow me to progress in the game. I would love to be able to finish this game and have it fixed.
