I tried to import my custom video,and it literally crashed the entire app. And lost everything.Aleeza~

It crashes and freezes and you have keep reinstalling cause to loose your images needs a serious updatefinalsiren

App is very buggy and requires own internet to download and 3d internet to upload, which is a very slow process. Uploading a 10 second video can take several minutes and the app is very buggy.Ivan20232104
App not working properly
It gets disconnected and crashing all the time. When a clip is playing, app cannot control the pause/stop function.Saeed Verson

Yes the app is glitchy, keep at it. Ive purchased 5 of these fans and rarely have a problem. Working from a pc wifi is much better than the phone.RLGolden
Why
Not sure why I just spent $100 on a fan that is really not customizable. You guys need to do a lot better of a job with this app. No one‘s gonna read this and no one‘s gonna do anything of course because it’s just another Chinese product that is pretty much trash. Probably just going to return it. I wouldn’t known that the app is total garbage I wouldn’t have bought it.Show lessmattybeme
Unclear Instructions
When it’s powered on, it has a very beautiful image. The instructions that came with the fan are not clear. Maybe I just don’t understand them. I got it connected to the fans Wi-Fi. I cannot get it connected to my Wi-Fi. The app has lots of cool animations to download in which I downloaded them, but it never showed up to be transferred to the fan. I really want to enjoy the fan. I can only enjoy it with the preloaded animations. From my understanding, I should be able to view my short films or pictures and I’m not able to. The product is self is a very good product. Please fix issues
The app is very disappointing it’s does not work with the fan at all, it constantly disconnects and the features do not work well please make improvements on glitches on bugs in order for us to use this device correctly as advertised, Or else it’s just of waste of money for us if I can’t use the device for what it’s actually intended for… it does lot stay connected at all!!!
