No way to contact support after all progress lost.
It has been a while since I played and tried to do so from my phone but it didn't show my progress despite being connected using game center. So I went to my ipad and stupidly clicked sync with data center and instead of Keeping my ipads latest progress, it deleted all my progress and kept the zero progress from my iphone. I am trying to contact the developer to see whether that can be restored but find no contact feature in the app.Show lessBengaltigger
Update disappointing
I have been playing this game for a long time as I am in level 40. It recently went through an update, and when it did, they added this stupid little music it’s so irritating and there’s no function that you can turn it off without turning all of the sound off. I don’t like that because I like to hear the little clicking noise whenever I hit the particular item I’m searching for to ensure that I have, indeed clicked it and found it. There’s no way for you to cut the music off and still have the little clicking sound. Unfortunately, that is going to be the end of this game for me because the music is just too irritating, and then the screen in between the different scenes. Love this game!
I just recently found this game and as a hidden object junkie I love this game. I wish they would change the objects you are looking for. Looking for the same items gets a little boring. Also, I am playing the world called Toy Box right now. I noticed one of the things you need to find is a pistol. I’m thinking if kids are playing this game, which I’m sure there is, having a pistol in a toy box might make them believe that pistols are a toy to play with. Just my opinion.Show lessWyquilter
What’s Going On With This Game?
I was really enjoying this hidden objects game until
it decided that it wouldn’t open the game. I had been playing it everyday for one month when it decided not to let me play it anymore. I have turned my iPhone off dozens of times with long waiting periods before turning it back on with no luck. I have deleted the app and waited one hour before turning it back on. When it gets me reinstalled, of course I have to start over again at the beginning. I have done this for the third and last time. Now I find a different hidden object game to play.Show less👧Dot
game issue
I really like this game a lot and I usually play it every day. But the reason I gave it three stars is because you earn things that help you find stuff by playing and watching ads but they’re out right on the side of the game so when you’re swiping to move the game screen or even just pick up your phone, it activates them. That means not having enough when you’re ready to play unless you pay for them. I don’t understand why you don’t put something over them that you have to swipe to get to them. I tried to look for a way to message you, but I couldn’t find one.Show lessMesmithie
WHACK A MOLE
It makes it extremely difficult to “whack a mole” when there isn’t a mole to whack!
I’ve used up all my extra time only to reach the last mole and it is no where to be found. I call that cheating on your part and very annoying on my part. There is nothing you can say because I won’t believe you, short of giving me all my time back for free.
I enjoyed this app until this started happening on one daily event. That’s why 3 stars…and I think I’m being generous for that rating.Show lessSherry1428
Fun Game
I’m hoping someone will read this and respond. In CLASSIC SETTINGS gameplay, is there anyway that you can remove the buttons for home, settings, store, clipboard etc from the screen during gameplay?
I would enjoy playing if I could just see the entire page of play without these getting in the way.
I also have a question about the gameplay… While playing, if I clear an area of hidden objects, and I go to another area or reach the goal in a new area of the puzzle starts…

Fun
What I like: many themes to explore, adorable characters, it is not timed so I can take my time and enjoy the artwork. Others features and events I have yet to explore. What I don’t like: it doesn’t release all the items at once, so I have to go through the scene numerous times. Also, it is the only scavenger hunt app I’ve downloaded that has active buttons on the right that I’ll hit by accident sometimes. Nice to have those either on the top or bottom for the right and/or left handed players. But, it’s a keeper and I did purchase to avoid ads.Show lessdaylilystone
One Ad Never Stops
I really enjoy playing this, but I’ve missed many rewards when I watch an ad to open a chest. Ads for Word Connect 2023 won’t stop. After watching the whole thing, tapping the X does nothing! I have to close the game and start it again to continue playing. I always double my rewards when the ads are legit, but this ad is ruining the game for me. Love the game and new boards! But…
I also love as you lvl up different boards you add new find items. But it seems the casino board is bugged. It keeps saying fail to connect. I can get into any of the other boards I have completed but can not access this one and ofc can’t access the last one because I have to complete the casino one. I am not willing to pay $23 to open the last board lol. I will wait for, hopefully soon, fix to the casino board. I don’t mind paying for no ads, and some purchased the $12 bundle, but that’s as much as I am willing to pay.Show lessAlura7781
