Needs design and layout work
The coffee is great but…
Hesitant to add money to the cash portion of this app purely because of how questionable the user interface looks.
App fundamentally seems like it has working features and functions decently. Rough in some sub-screens where the UI goes blank. Really needs an improved design and layout to bring it to the level of a professional product that consumers will trust (assuming this is the goal).

Love yalls drinks so much
Example of why every places doesn’t need its own app
This app is super buggy and clunky to use. Sign up is unnecessarily cumbersome and hard to navigate.
No social login too which is usually a no go for me on rewards programs.
Only positive was that it used an otp code through sms to login which wasn’t too much friction.

Great App
Love the look and feel!
Good coffee needs better app
App needs a ton of work in terms of UI and overall appeal, it takes the app a small eternity to get you a code
Best Coffee and Friends!
Lee and I love Clutch Coffee! We’ve stopped everyday on our way home to Fancy Gap Virginia from our family owned chimney sweep business “The Chimney Sweep” to get our afternoon lattes, visit with our favorite people, and share about our day and our lives! We consider them family! We love you guys! Have a Merry Christmas and a blessed new year! Lee and Renee Knight

Weak app
Clutch coffee is great but this app UI is pretty bad. I think they teach better app development in elementary schools these days.
