My steps count is always much lower on this app then my apple phone Health app. I keep trying to open app on my phone and it immediately crashes
Keeps shutting down
The app crashes every single time I open it. Can’t look at any data or anything.
Crashes when the app opens
As soon as the app syncs and opens, the app crashes. I cannot finish my profile. Currently with the wrong demographics.
Not user friendly to connect to phone
“Not connected” yet plays music. Can’t get the app to display anything about the watch. The watch is connected if it’s playing music on my phone when prompted. App closes its self frequently

App Crashes
As soon as app is opened and trying to sync, it crashed. Using iPhone 12 Pro Max. IOS version 16.1.1
App keeps crashing
Right when it’s opened, it crashes. I’m not sure what they did in the update. But, the app is not able to be used at all now.
