Customer service support is the best! A couple of times that I have emailed them, they respond with hours!
The one thing that I’m looking forward to is an update so we can convert the unit of measure from milliliters to ounces of water consumed . I’m not a metrics kind of guy!

Won’t connect
I’ve tried so many times to connect it to my phone and it won’t connect. I’ve even disconnected for a day to see if it would reset but nothing. So now it’s just a expensive water bowl. For now the rating stands until the problem is fixed.tiny's creationz1
