Needs lots of work
The app severely lacks in user support and basic information. Absence of tutorials and program details makes navigation and comprehension difficult for a new user. Not being able to close the videos is inconvenient, and the presence of punctuation errors detracts from the app’s professionalism. Additionally, not receiving an email confirmation upon account creation raises concerns about its reliability. I hope the developers consider these feedback points for future updates.
