Useless - Worst app I’ve come across
Why the dr’s office moved to using this app I do not understand! No one answers the phone when I call because they expect all communication to come through this app. If they want communication through this app, someone should make sure it works. GET ON THIS APP AND FIX IT OR DROP IT!!
Does not work.
I can’t get a hold of anybody at the office to talk to somebody about my upcoming appt. It tells me to use the brainy care app for faster service but it logs me in and kicks me right back out. A few weeks ago I told them and somebody was going to look into it but I never heard back and it’s still not working.

Not working
I had to download this app for my Drs office. However, it will not move off the login screen even after the phone number and code that is sent has been inputted. Cannot get into the patient portal for myself.
