Great game!
This game if really fun but it keeps kicking me out a whole lot. I know this is a new game and I’m still putting 5 stars even tho it kicks me out about every 2 minutes. I was doing a quest where I had to talk to one of the farmers to the right of the map, but I can’t go in it. It’s blocked of with purple. I know I probably have to get to a lvl high enough but I think that the quests should fit the level you are at. There also is a quest where I have to get 2 ribbons on a cross country course, so I got the 2 ribbons but I got kicked out again. I went back in the game and apparently it didn’t count so now I can’t finish the quest. Also can you make the yellow magnificent ribbons more than 3 ribbons? Maybe 4 or five? I would recommend this game to everyone I know. I love the build of the horses and animations. This game has great potential and I can’t wait to see what it turn into! This game is terrible it’s unfair on the jumps it kicks you out and I once purchased a key it kicked me out when I was opening I came back on I didn’t get any prize and I lost my gems it’s really badGamesluvver
Pretty good, but VERY frustrating.
In a quest I’m forced to do to continue the story, I have to do a cross country race called “Escape To The River” with at least 2 ribbons. It took me many tries but I finally got EVERY jump with the feedback “Perfect” and only ONE “Great”. Still, it said “Course Failed”.
The only thing I did wrong was finish in about four seconds over the time limit, which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I have been retrying that course for the past three hours and getting almost every jump perfect and STILL I’m not getting two stars. This is absolutely baffling, and it’s making me extremely angry. Hi, I don’t normally write reviews for games, and I realize this game is relatively new, but I wanted to give helpful feedback. I noticed that a lot of people have some of the same glitches that I’m having. For instance, I’ve been kicked out almost 10 times since I downloaded this game 15-20 minutes ago. I’ve also had problems with the tag on my quest disappearing, and I have to research and learn the entire area before going on. No hate whatsoever to this wonderful game, and I’m not just being nice. I can tell that you (the devs) have been some much thought and hard work into this game, and I’m trying to slander it whatsoever. Keep up the great work, and maybe try to get some of these bugs sorted! ☺️

Very good game but glitchy
Hi! So I’m writing this to say that the game is amazing, I absolutely love playing it but it can be glitchy a lot. Some people have said that the movements are glitchy, but I find mine okay. The issue I’m having is me glitching out the app every five minutes. This wasn’t a problem until I tried to buy a silver key with gems so I could open it and maybe get a new horse or some tack. I pressed buy (I had been saving gems to do this) and it glitches me out of the app and when I clicked on the app again, my gems were gone and I had no reward for purchasing the silver key. This irritated me because I did try to earn enough gems to buy it. If possible, could you maybe fix this issue?

Great BUT IM MAD!!!
So if your looking at this game, most reviews are right, it does kick u out and doesn’t give u rewards when you earn them, but it’s actually really really fun! I’ve reached nearly level 60! Finished almost the side quests and nearly finished getting gold ribbons on every single event, the thing that has made me SOOOOO mad was when I got kicked out when I was in the middle of going through a river, when I logged back on I was stuck UNDER the river, I tried riding all of my horses, can’t get out, calling them with the whistle, can’t get out, doing events, can’t get out, teleporting to all my ranches, can’t get out!! I’ve tried everything! Sometimes I’ve gotten out and I’ve galloped to a place where I could respawn somewhere else, yet I get kicked out after 5 minutes and end up back in the river. I reset my device and left it for 46 hours, yet I’m still stuck, I don’t want to delete this game but I need this to be fixed! I know it’s happened to my friend and she’s deleted the game, reinstalled it and lost all of her progress.Show lessBethUrButt

OK so I’ve been playing the game for two days and I’m in love with it!!❤️❤️ it is way better than star stables! And I have an idea make another app that corresponds with this one and raise baby horses into grown-ups and transfer them into this app because I love raising baby horses on these games . And since the app is still knew, it would make perfect sense if you do this please add lots of horse breeds The water is really realistic and the character is really more realistic than star stables stuff after playing, this star stables is the worst horse game ever! And if you like star stables, you’re going to love ❤️ this one and the horse is prettier but some of the cross-country quests are bit tricky but who doesn’t love a challenge and when you join your friends instead of having to join in every single area, you’re in, make it so that you stay together, no matter where you go this would make it really awesome so that me and my sister can stay together but totally get this gameShow lessLilac300

im sorry if I was rude but yea I wrote the don’t like it thing and we’ll GUESS WHAT!!!!….. I was so frustrated because I could not summon anything at all and so… I got lagged out again and I Decided to get out the game a little but not erase the app and I logged back In and I COULD FINNALY SUMMON AND I WOULD NOT BE LOGGED OUT!!!! ( sorry if I got Excited 😆😅😂🤣)and well I don’t know if you guys helped me out but something notice is that my MOOOMS (moms) phone my account works perfectly well and mine didn’t so I was mad but now I am better than EVER and I just want to say……….. THANK YOU FOR THE GAMES YOU MAKE like wolf tales ( I’m so upsest with that game ) and horse riding tales ( I’m much of a chatter and my MOOOOM (mom) has deleted that game much time’s but still upsest with it) it’s a pretty fun game and I love playing it again and again and some times I even download wolf tales in secret 🤫. Buggy and laggy
The game is really good,the concept and storyline/ quests are really engaging and personally I love that this type of game is free and isn’t restricted by purchases, please keep it this way. The option to purchase extras is an excellent touch. However… this game is laggy and buggy. I can barely play ten minutes of this without it kicking me off, I don’t have an old model of phone and it’s up to day on software updates so maybe it’s just the game. It’s become really frustrating because I want to play the game but I’m sick of it closing the app when I get anywhere. Also things like wool are not regenerating which is making quests difficult…
I feel that things like bonding, levelling up etc could be explained a little more. And finding in game characters for side quests is difficult when there is no icon… I’ve been looking for Courtney for an hour (almost 2 if your count the continuous booting off). Overall the game is very good but it needs a lot of patchwork and bug fixes with a few updates :)Show lesscharlieyxx

This game is great! A few recommendations but thats all.
First off, try having the chat with a human moderator, it will help when the game grows and more people come, including those who do not have horse related or good intentions.
Next, i would say lower the VIP price a bit, take SSO (Star Stable Online) for instance, the VIP feature is around 70$, and players are quite angry. Its so overpriced that few are willing to purchase it, and the game looses money. If it was lowered, more people would purchase and they would get the same amount of money. Same thing with in game currency.
And lastly i would say, this is essential, to listen to the community and take in their feedback, thoughts, and concerns. Your community is the number one thing keeping this game going, meaning the input from them is needed to keep players and grow your player base. Surveys, and social media posts that have a reply feature are best. Keeping in contact and updating your community is important. Make sure they like and approve of updates, atleast the majority.
