Hudu Mobile

Note: Users who have enabled biometric authentication for the Hudu mobile app must re-enable it after this update via the mobile settings. New Features * Mobile Photos: Upload photos directly from your mobile device using the Hudu app. Upload multiple photos from your camera roll or take a new photo, select the company, rename the photo, and select a parent asset within the selected company if needed. Easily swipe through all existing photos within a company, rename, pin/unpin, and view photo details. Improvements * Improved Biometric Authentication: Biometric authentication has been revamped to increase security while providing a seamless login experience. * Updated UI Colors: Most notably in dark mode, UI colors have been updated to match other Hudu applications. * Improved Dropdown Menus: Minor improvements to the dropdown menu’s selection UI. Bug Fixes * Removed MyVault, Company Passwords, and Global KB UI for users restricted from these features. * Various other minor bug fixes and enhancements.

Improvements * Added a loading indicator when fetching all company passwords from the password details screen. Bug Fixes * Resolved an issue where updating the primary color on your Hudu instance was not reflected in the mobile app.

Improvements * Clear clipboard after 90 seconds: After copying a password or OTP, the user's clipboard will be cleared after 90 seconds have elapsed for security purposes. * Added version check: If attempting to connect a Hudu instance that is not up-to-date with the latest mobile-compatible version, the app will now display an update warning. * Added patch versioning to Hudu Mobile settings. * Various UI/UX updates to match the Hudu main app. Bug Fixes * Resolved an issue with iOS auto-fill where FaceID would not retry after a failed attempt. * Tackled a bug that was preventing password URLs from opening. * Fixed a bug resulting in OTP codes not copying when running the app on Mac. * Various other minor small bug fixes.

Announcing Hudu Mobile 2.0.0, the latest version of our SOC II Type II mobile app for Apple devices. In this release, we focused on improving the mobile app’s functionality and performance, integrating Hudu processes, and matching the usability of the main app. New Features * Processes added to mobile app: Create new processes from Templates, view all client processes, and complete tasks directly within the mobile app. * Floating Action Quick-Add button added for creating new records from your mobile device: Allows creation of company Passwords, Vault Passwords, Processes, and KB Articles (company and global) from any screen. * Hudu Mobile now available to Apple silicone Macs (requires macOS Big Sur or later). * Added the ability to customize and set idle user timeout duration (Admin >> External Apps). * Ability to enable/disable biometric authentication added (Admin >> External Apps). * Added the ability to customize and set the time biometric authentication is valid for a user. * Added ability for mobile access to be disabled from within the main app (Admin >> External Apps). * Action button added to the company Overview page to open the address in Apple Maps. * Action button added to the company Overview to directly call client phone number. * KB Article flags are now displayed when viewing KB articles. * KB Article draft status is now displayed when viewing the article lists.
