It can be programmed to start and stop on the timer, but, is dependent on the Mode set in another tab. So it can turn on at night and still be in SOLAR ONLY mode. So obviously it doesn’t charge the EV. You can’t program the mode, when you program the timer, which is a fundamental flaw.
You have to use two different tabs to select whether the charger is using grid power / solar and then turn it off and on. So annoying.
The last update to the app was more than a year ago, but the reports about, “feedback reports” obscured by the keyboard on iOS are the same age. Clearly the company is not investing in their app development and improvements. It needs some serious work.
