Buggy

I was really hoping this app had better UI than other 3D print file apps I’ve used before. But I just downloaded it, logged in, and instantly had issues with scrolling…. Functionality is a key component to a good app. Please make this app more useable.

No access to your own models unless you follow yourself?

This seems only useful to like and download models. Zero profile/account functionality to access or upload models to your own account profile or make any edits.

EDIT App has been fixed so rating changed to 5 stars. Thank you Thangs Support Team!

App has been broken for weeks. Home Screen and search screens show “an error occurred” and despite uninstalling app and reinstalling a week later, same error persists. Pity cause the app is very convenient but have to use chrome to access. Hope it gets fixed sooner rather than later. When it works, 5 out of 5. Since the app is unusable, have to rate 1 out of 5 until fixed

Right side of search list , touch issue

Touch screen on right side of search results doesn’t work.

Hi caliboix, we have seen this issue but have not been able to reproduce it consistently. If you run into it again, we have found that force quitting and opening the app again fixes the problem. Very good, but one thing…

I REALLY like this app. It’s absolutely great, as a hobbyist, to just be able to search for a model and for it to just be there. But I HATE the redirects. It’s so annoying, to just have 5 billion pages open on safari when I’m looking for just the right model. If there is a way to make every model have a project page with a direct download would be amazing. PLEASE.

Fix your login

I would like to use your app, but your functionality doesn’t allow me to login. You have 2 factor authentication which emails me a code. I enter the code and there is no way to submit that code. The submit button is behind the number pad. The number pad does not remove itself after typing in the code, and the page doesn’t scroll. The end result is that I can’t login.

One-Stop 3D Model Search

The Thangs app is the first place I will go to search to see if a model exists that I can use or work with. I really appreciate the simplicity and ability to search for models via an image. The app syncs seamlessly to my account on Thangs.com and has saved me a tremendous amount of time when I find something on the app and want to find it again on the website.
