Worst Customer Service
I’ve been back and forth for 6 months contacting customer service because I have been banned for NO REASON! I originally contacted CS because the game glitch & I lost all my gold! Told me my WIFI is not great even though I have been playing for a while. I’m in the US & they had said they were minor bugs and it could’ve been that! They were going to compensate me BUT told me that I’m giving them wrong user ID information and banned me! I’ve had had spent real money to get more coins a few times! Since then I’ve been chatting for months trying to get my account back! After finally 6 months of talking with CS in the last 5 mins chat that with them they unbanned my account with no compensation! Compensation is too much to ask, not no complimentary gold for my account being banned for 6 MONTHS!!! Took them only 5 mins to fix my account when I’ve been chatting with them for 6 months!!

Customer service and admin is unreaponsive
I have contacted pusoy team about 2 months ago and been promised resolution coming soon but to no avail. This site doesnt deserve to get 4.6 rating. This app is full of flaws and ripping buyers of their hard earn money. The game is stealing the players chips bought or earned from playing. It forces you to play to high limit table when you have plenty of chips. The higher table you go, the more they shorten your time to arrange your cards. If you buy from piggy bank while playing, it took awhile before you go back to the table. By the time you get back to the table, you are already pusoy and it takes the chips that you just bought from piggy back. Its because, pusoy game continue to play your card during your piggy bank purchase. What a scam! Secondly, if you accidentally leave your table and go back, the screen freezes and wont let you make any card arrangement and ultimately get pusoy and lose a lot of chip. Thank you pusoy team for scamming your valued customer. As i promised before, i will continue to give you poor rating until im satisfied with your resolution. I wish and hope that the rest of your customer would do the same review until you get your acts together!
