Fun but don’t purchase packs

It’s entertaining but if you purchase a bonus pack one time they will reward you huge. But any other purchase will be very lack luster. Time to delete

Heroes too difficult to obtain

This would be a great game, and I really don’t mind spending a few bucks if I’m getting decent entertainment playing it. However, this game makes it critical to have heroes in order to produce resources needed to succeed. You only obtain these heroes by pure luck. Even buying the hero is not an option… you need to buy cards for a *chance* to get the hero you need. It easily becomes a black hole to throw money in for no guarantee to get what you need. Pretty stupid for me, but brilliant for the developer to take in money. I’m done. Also the ads are relentless. You can choose to not watch them, but they make it impossible to advance in the game unless you pay or watch ads. The ads are glitchy and often you don’t get the reward for watching an entire ad which can be infuriating. I’ve also tried to speak with support about this issue and they simply don’t care. So I have quit playing and deleted the app entirely.

Please guarantee a free card in the beginning of city 3

I love the game and all, but at city 3, you couldn’t even get four workers in hunting in city 3. Might I suggest to fix that by allowing four workers in hunting or guaranteeing a free Aiden card at the start of city 3 so that it’s easier for all of us players?

Garbage

Even when you pay $11 for the events you get no where, complete waste of money.

Pay to play

I actually really enjoy the game. I’ve made it to City 6 and now I have a feeling I’m gonna be stuck here for awhile since it’s so hard to get hero cards without paying. Like why? What’s the catch? I’m sure you’d make up for that money getting rid of that whole pay to play system because you’d gain that much more players. And people don’t mind spending some money here and there, but when you’re literally giving them no other option to progress then people are gonna uninstall your game because it really is dumb. Such a great game RUINED by the fact you guys have made it so darn hard to get any of the hero cards you ACTUALLY need. Like what is with me getting the same damn card for Stella when she’s practically useless?????
This game is awesome but its gonna be put to rest by its own developers, since money is clearly the only thing that matters to them. Missing out on something huge here making the game this way.

Great for the first few cities, but…

This app is clearly built by the makers to make you pay to play. I’m at the abandoned mine city and everyone is just freezing to death because I refuse to buy resources 😂. Y’all can die, I’m just deleting the app. It was fun for a while, but it’s so obvious.

Ce jeu a besoin de wifi

J’aimerais jouer à ce jeu sans WiFi svp

More free options

Love the game. I think the subscriptions are a bit greedy with monthly subscriptions instead of a single purchase. Hero’s are extremely tedious and hard to get without spending real money on the game. I wish there were more ways of obtaining them such as events etc. More free ways to play will always be more inclusive and overall good for the player base. Other than that the game is quite chill and a good time passer

Americans are charged Double

There’s two ways I played this game.
1st way was paying to play, by buying gems & coins for using the slots. I spent almost $200 to only reach rank 3. Now mind you, they’re dollar conversion is different for each country. For example “100 gems for $5.99,” that equaled to $12. I’m located in America, so anything in the store you see, it will be doubled for Americans. I even contacted support and that’s what they told me.
2nd way I decided to play was spending less money. I found myself checking every other hour to gather my resources, it was more time consuming to play at this point because this would take ALL DAY to play, to upgrade, gather resources. You’ll need heros, they’re stuck behind having to pay, and if you’re in America, you’ll be paying double.
I tried a different strategy, where I didn’t care to play in the events anymore (the events is where you’ll get your heros, more gems and hero skins to change), until one day my card was charged from this game. $13 was randomly charged, I checked in game to see what did the $13 went to, I tried to find a receipt, none, I went to purchase history and it was taken out of my account the day I decided NOT to play. I contacted Apple and the returned my money. You’ll never win unless you want to spend $400-$500 dollars, if you have the money kudos. I deleted this money stealing game.
