Premium content inaccessible
I have tried multiple times to gain access to the premium content. I tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times and heard nothing back. I did request a refund of my multiple attempts to purchase the premium content. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times and still nothing. I have used this app in the past and absolutely loved it. This would be a five star review if I was able to access the content I am paying for and if customer service was at all responsive.Medicashley
