Where is the bus?
The whole point of this app is to show me where my kids bus is. This app doesn’t do that.
It will show the bus on the map only when it enters an alert zone I setup. An alert zone is fine for sending me an alert but should not be a dependency on me seeing the is location.
I suggest the product manager of this app go take an Uber or a Lyft ride and see what the default experience for waiting for a ride is.Show lesssharpererer
Fairly easy to set up. But it doesn’t work.
There are no buses anywhere on the map. Setup was easy to do if you have the router information. Layout is fine. But functionally it is currently useless. Hopefully this is an issue with the buses not being setup themselves.monodalia

Do-nothing app
As others pointed out, it does nothing.
- can’t see the bus location
- alert is clunky to set up and does not work
- alert zone is too small to be useful to react
Just bring back the old app (Durham) already. It worked 90 % of the time. No bells and whistles but more reliable and useful.Akehru
No support
There’s zero support and unable to see a bus more often than you’re able to see it. Any district considering using this should look at the ratings. I wish ours had.A. Butler

Horrible
Horrible app. Does not show my children’s busses at all. I do get a random notification that their bus arrived at school but it’s definitely delayed. Reached out for support and didn’t hear a single thing back. Worst app I have downloadedMariam E.
Worthless
Neither our bus number nor route number come up on search. You can’t tell if notifications are turned on or off. Support does not respond to questions. Bus Teacker was much better!:-):-):-):-):-):-):-);-)!!
Not working
Not sure if it’s the implementation plan by our school district or the app but no one is getting it to work and we’re on day 2 of school.L8*apex
