I am extremely unhappy with this app and its misleading pricing scheme. I initially subscribed for a seven-day trial of the Cookie Baking Games app, and during the sign-up process, there was a prompt to get six other games for free as a bundle. I thought this was a great offer and downloaded all of the games. However, when I tried to use one of the other games, a pop-up appeared saying that I need to confirm a subscription, which I did.After the sign up for one of those games , I was charged $59.99 right away instead of it being free. Now, I don't know how to get my money back, and I feel like I've been scammed. This is unacceptable, and I demand a refund.
Overall, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. The pricing scheme is misleading, and it's not clear what you're paying for. As a customer, I feel cheated and frustrated. Stay away from this app and save yourself the headache.Show lessLialiaop

Our one subscription includes all games and you only need to pay once in order to unlock everything we offer. We reached out right away when we found out that our 3 year made the $59.99 subscription. We cancelled the subscription and right away reached out requesting a refund. We do not want to keep a subscription nor care if we lose all access. We just want our money back.HernandezMiaIsi
