Parcel collection is useless
Management doesn’t give access to the app to security ( which is present at the site outside of the management working hours), so residents can’t collect their parcels for days. Official university working hours are from 9AM till 6PM, the management working hours are 10AM till 5:30PM …. And only on weekdays. Won’t recommend Home for Students.Show lessJoshuaAshtonK

I had issues with signing in to the app since my accommodation had not registered me. However, David managed to help me by creating the account. He completed this at a fast pace and answered all of my questions respectfully.anonymous user 07
Best resident app I’ve seen
Love the app, helps me stay up to date with what is going on at the accommodation in a visual way.
Easy to find things on the app like booking the rooms when we need them.
