Poor customer service!
I have been a customer for a year and this is my review; it works well with windows, but I have been experiencing many issues with my iPhone, particularly when using the Cellular Service. My biggest complaint however is customer support. What is the problem you might ask? The answer is simple, there is no human support! A bot answers your questions and politely tries to get you solutions, but when it can’t solve your problem, it tells you that human support will contact you within 48 hours which never happens! You write again and the bot apologizes and tells you it will escalate the matter and someone will respond soon and guess what? That never happens either! You write again and the bot apologizes yet again and pleads with you to be patient just a little longer and then, NOTHING!!!!
How do I know? I received the third apology from the bot 4 days ago and after 2 weeks of waiting in total, still no sign of any human support!🤦🏻

我真是一颗星都不想给，之前买了安卓的plus到现在还没到账当时花了我38快钱，千万不要买plus给你们避雷了，还有苹果版的跟门就连接不上，总之这个软件就是垃圾和史一样真是服了
