Nonsense app
This is not a minor delay. I’ve been in constant communication with their support team, but all I receive are vague responses without any real progress. The lack of urgency and transparency is frustrating, especially considering the importance of the funds to me.
Desperate for help, I even reached out to Leatherback’s CEO and key executives via social media, tagging them multiple times with my ticket number (#12906). I also tagged relevant authorities like the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Nigeria, hoping to draw attention to the issue and the apparent incompetence within Leatherback.
As a customer, this situation has caused undue stress and financial strain. I trusted Leatherback with an important financial transaction, expecting reliable service, but they’ve shown nothing but delays and unprofessionalism. I would urge anyone thinking about using their service to be extremely cautious, as their handling of this matter has been beyond disappointing.
