No Support

If you go to Settings/Support, all you find are a bunch of FAQs, no way to actually ask them anything. Couldn’t find what I wanted to know. If you send to their email address, it gets kicked back as an invalid address. I forget how to find it, but when I was at the Open A Ticket section, I filled in the info and asked my questions. When I clicked Submit, it just hung there. I tried a few times. Same results. I am at Bronze status, level 500. Does anyone know how far to play before I get to Silver?

Thanks for the response, but notice that I can not open a support ticket.

It’s ok

It’s an ok app the Slots are similar to the actual Casino. However I don’t like that the daily spin almost always gives $15,000 coins even with buffs it’s not much. Second you only get 30 Foxwoods reward points 18,000 gives $20 in free play but you can only redeem that once every 24 hours. I’m level 53 and no matter how much I spin my VIP doesn’t move I shouldn’t feel pressured to buy coins to raise VIP.

Love playing

I love playing but have had to delete and reinstall the app today because the screen froze. It did transfer everything accurately so I now know what to do if this happens on my IPad again.

No pay no play

If you don’t give them cash you’re not going to win. In blackjack specifically if you play with the free coins the dealer will get 8 21s in a row. Anything to get you to lose all the free coins. I’ve never seen a 6 deck shoe with 30 aces until this app.

Don’t bother

Compared to the Quick Hit Slots app and Jackpot Party app this app is lousy. Daily bonus is usually 15k on the wheel spin if that and the chance to earn more coins without buying coins is almost non existent. I enjoy the other apps tremendously and rarely play this one anymore because of the lack of bonus coins. I tried to convert my points to actual bonus play live at Foxwoods casino and it kept telling me my email already exists even though I’m logged into my account with that email. I finally gave up.
