Was there a new update to the app? Any photos sent to me are extremely blurry now. How can this be fixed?

Loved the pictures that the nurses sent me while my baby was in the NICU!
Poor Support
The app shows a log-in error every time, and when we call support, nobody does anything but take a message with a promise to call us back. They don’t call us back.
