TERRIBLE
Like everyone says, it works one minute and down the next. I had this working for me and the it stopped. I called customer service, and they said that someone should get in touch with me. After multiple follow ups and escalations, I’m now approaching day five of no response and the app not working. Terrible support, and slight severely needs to find another STABLE EWA provider!!!

The app never works, when you call customer service you get someone that barely speaks English. It’s very unreliable.
Does not let you log in
Does not let me log in keeps taking me back to log in screen which is very frustrating this has happened a dozen times needs fixed

this is quite literally the worst app made. it never works. it logs you out and then it won’t allow you to log back in for DAYS…..

App Not Working
When logging in it cycles like it’s going to log in and then closes out. I have deleted app and then reinstalled and same issue is occurring. Please fix this ASAP!

I was a couple hundreds short on rent and i needed it asap and was able to withdraw from my check early.
