A failure
I realise I made a big mistake in giving that awful review and apologise. I have carefully read the Welcome and Getting Started help sections. I now appreciate the full advantage of the program and am using it fully. I never mastered the conversion from HomeAccountz probably because my file had grown to be full of dead accounts and errors. So I’ve started my home accounts afresh which is obviously what I should have done.
Have emailed Christopher expressing my total satisfaction with MyNetWorth.

Thanks for taking the time to review iAccountzConvert and for purchasing MyNetWorth. I am sorry to hear that iAccountzConvert has crashed on you. I have released Version 1.2 with a bug fix this evening, having managed to crash the app myself in further testing. Please try again. I'm also sorry too to hear that MyNetWorth is failing you. Version 2.9 was published on 04 Sep but I suspect the problem that followed your selecting Help may have been temporary - caused by issues with the website that hosts the user guide; the website server was reinstated on 30 Aug.
