Read if you are gonna buy 😡😡
Ok, so I saw a lot of ads when I was playing my other games for simply draw, and it looked pretty cool so I downloaded it on my iPad. I opened it up and it was going pretty smooth. I made an account and watched some videos on the basics of shading and stuff. I started with the first level and it was amazing how this app really transformed the drawing (which was a panda because it’s basic or whatever). I was very happy with how my panda turned out. So I went and took a picture of my drawing and saved it to the journal on the app where you log your art. I went to continue with the next drawing (so by the way, when you make your account, you can choose to draw either animals, nature or cartoons. You have to buy a membership to do the cartoons and the nature, but I was fine with doing animals anyway. I thought this was the last I would see of the membership stuff.) so anyway, when I went to continue with the next drawing, a giraffe, an ad popped up for the membership again. Read it and thought about getting it someday if I stared using the app more. So I closed it. But it turns out, you can only continue using the app if you buy the membership!!!! What the heck!? I am very angry and I immediately removed the app from my homescreen. And the membership is 100 dollars, no joke!!! UGH! It seems like every reasonable drawing app I find does this! So unless you want to pay FREAKING 100 DOLLARS PER YEAR, do NOT get this app!

be a artist because I want better and better and better as trading their acorn and more I didn’t get the blinding kinda right but I still had my technologies and skills just to do it and I’m not old but it was so much fun thank you can I do anything else

False advertising/scamming ppl into interviews
Beware: this company in my opinion wasting peoples time and is falsely advertising. Do NOT trust their scam emails offering amazon gift cards.
I recently paid for this app and was contacted by the company to do an interview. In exchange for 30-45 minutes of a question based interview on Microsoft teams they promised to gift a $30 Amazon gift card. This was in the initial email, the follow up appointment email and Tamar (the interviewer) also confirmed this at the end of the interview that they would be in contact to send the gift card in exchange for my time.
It is now 4-5 weeks since the interview, no gift card was sent, and no one is responding to my emails.
I am very disappointed that they would waste my time and energy. I would not trust this company to provide any proper customer service with the experience I have had.

Worth it if all you want to do is draw 3 drawings
I absolutely loved the lessons. They were so helpful and made my drawings so much better but once I finished one I had to pay a ridiculous amount of money just to draw. Obviously, I didn’t pay but gave up and made 2 new accounts just so I could draw. Drawing should cost money, it’s an art and you should make people pay over $50 for an app you most likely won’t use everyday. It is worth it for the start in my opinion but unless you have another Simply account it’s just a hit or miss after the first drawing

I cant pay
I had just finished my koala drawing, about to move onto the cat when it keept telling me to buy premium. I am not able to afford this as it is an outrageous amount, so i had no choice but to delete the app and just look for art lessons online. Very dissapointing.
it’s good at first
It’s good at first,i drew a really cute panda and i wanted to draw a butterfly next but it said i have to pay.You should change that and just put premium on some drawings not on each exept for the first one

I started by doing a panda and I liked how it turned out it was very simple to draw. I don’t like is that you have to pay after doing your first drawing to do another one ( my parents won’t allow that). At least I had some fun doing the one and only drawing I could do without premium. I guess I know how to shade 3 different tones, blend and add details. There was also calm background music whenever the guy stopped talking and was drawing it. You can pick up to 5 profiles which I liked but I really didn’t need it but other people might. Now I have deleted it because of 1 thing, PREMUIM!!!

Useless
At the start it was great, I learned to shade and everything. Then it would NOT let me do anything else without paying, I was really excited so this was very dissatisfying. 😐
Nor really worth it
I rated this app 5 stars so that i could speak t everybody but i would not recommend getting this app.
At first it gets your hopes up when to free and you feel like you have your own private lessons and ou have your own journal and everything is going well. Then it makes you pay after you have drawn your koala 🐨. I love mine don’t get me wrong i love mine,i am just sad i wont be able to carry on doing it/ drawing as I don’t have that amount of money. If you are rich then yeah sure

Good but have to pay 30 dollars a month
I first got simply draw and thought it was AMAZInG! But the i I first got simply draw and thought it was AMAZInG! But then I realized it was a trick. I got so excited for nothing to be honest. It is a good app, but I feel like only for people that are really trying to get this app. It’s a really good app when I first did the acorn I was so excited because I thought it was free but really if you really like drawing you should get this I’m still waiting for answer from my parents.
