TRACK ON YOUR WATCH
Hoolan tracks exclusively using watches as we believe they offer the very best tracking experience, especially on the water. We have an Apple Watch App for tracking both jump and GPS data, and a Garmin Watch integration for analysing your GPS data. A free Hoolan App for Garmin is in development and this will also track your jumps and health data.
APPLE WATCH APP
Download the Hoolan app onto your Apple Watch and you’re all set to record your kitesurfing, kiteboarding, kitefoiling, wingfoiling, windsurfing and windfoiling sessions! Record both your jumps and gps tracks, and see your live speed, distance and jump data on your watch as you ride. Your data will automatically sync to the Hoolan phone app where it's translated into clearly presented, detailed statistics.
GARMIN WATCH INTEGRATION
Connect your Hoolan and Garmin accounts and the GPS data for the sessions you record on your Garmin Watch will automatically feed across to the Hoolan App on your iPhone for you to analyse.
LOG & PROGRESS
Keep a log of all your kite, wing & windsurf sessions - spots, wind and weather, kit, dates and times, gps tracks, achievements and performance statistics. Compare sessions, view progression over time, write notes, and share with friends.
ADVANCED PERFORMANCE STATISTICS
See your ‘best in sessions’ and ‘personal bests’.
Jumps - height, airtime, jump distance, tack & totals.
Runs - distance, upwind gain, downwind gain, max speed, max speed over 100m, max speed over 500m, tack and stops.
Transitions - success rate, average speed through transition, transition time, tack and stops.
Health - max heart rate and calories burned.
IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS
Go deeper into your stats and view, filter and compare every run, transition or jump. Either relive your session visually by scrolling through your tracks on a map, or view your statistics in a list to scan, compare and focus down on a particular aspect of your performance, which you can then select to view on a map.
SESSIONS BY BOARD TYPE
Follow your personal bests and progression by different skill set. For example, twin tip vs directional (strapped and strapless) vs foil (strapped and strapless).
RECORD HEALTH DATA
Hoolan integrates with Apple's health and activity apps. Your sessions will contribute towards your activity rings and you will be able to see your heart rate and calories burned.
EXPORT YOUR DATA
Free GPX exports of your data for upload into other platforms, such as Strava.
CLOUD BASED & SECURE
Never lose your session data - it is securely held on the cloud so you can view your sessions on any mobile device. We use industry-leading, robust security standards and practices.
