PMcardio is currently certified for clinical use only in Europe, which restricts account creation in the US. We are already working on the FDA certification to be able to launch the app in the US, too. I’ve been using this app for a while now and I love it. However, it has signed me out numerous times and now it is saying “account with these credentials don’t exist” even though I can log onto the website.

Dear Kuriin, could you please let us know at support@powerfulmedical.com which email address you have created your account under and how often or when it signed you out? We will check it for any potential issues. The application auto-logs out only after a few months of non-usage. If it happened just a few times, the reloads might have been caused by app updates/upgrades.Unable to use the app

I was looking forward to using this app in my role as Volunteer responder same the use of its reserved for only HCPs I’m sure it’s a great app and I can see great potential for Non HCPs who in the field still need to look at ECGs.Mat.hump3
