Way too slow, not worth dealing with
EDIT: I was on wifi, no VPN, and had a solid internet connection. Also what? An app that is used underground to make payments for a subway needs impeccable internet to even open the app? Did you even think through that response?
Downloaded the app, opened it, and it took literally 45 seconds to get past the preload screen. Then clicking anything, including ticket purchase, took at least 20 seconds. I’m not dealing with this. Maybe the app works well and it would have been useful, but I’m not going to find out. I seriously doubt that I would have dealt with anything but a buggy, stressful app, which is why I uninstalled this app 10 minutes after downloading it.

Our answer was aimed at providing a possible solution to your problem. We repeat that we have no complaints regarding the operation of the app in the sense that it is slow. Anyway, as we do continuously, we will try to review the app to see if we can improve any aspect. We are sorry that your experience was not satisfactory. Comment that our users have not reported to us that they have problems like the one you had. The app needs an internet connection for the correct operation of some functions, if this connection does not work satisfactorily, the app may not operate optimally.
