The app I didn’t know I needed!
This app is perfect for me as I’ve been wanting to be more intentional in my life. But just being intentional is different than having actual things to be intentional about. I love that I’m there is front of mind and back of mind and the nature sounds are perfect. Definitely a value add to my self care and journaling routines.

The Peak
I use The Peak for my daily journals, meditations, and daily intentions. This app really helps me set intentions for myself and understand the reasons for them so I can further my focus and determination in achieving my goals. I use this app to meditate and expand my universe. Easy to navigate and I love how they don’t sell my data!
