I’ve been lucky to be one of the first few dozen folks to experience this app. As someone who has read a lot about habit formation, I feel I’m in a position to say that Izaak has given immense consideration to the elements of this app. The app is full of tools that work and inspiration towards a variety of goals that will produce positivity results for anyone who desires to take steps towards making themselves better. We’re all worthy as we are. This app is simply a fantastic tool to grow as beings, so that we may show up in the world as we wish and interact in meaningful ways with others in the world. The philosophy and intention of this app is easily seen once you begin experiencing it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to start a new habit or two. Cheers.
