Scam
Played for 5 minutes and had almost 30 ads so I opted to pay for no ads which it took my money, froze then closed the app. When I went back on it wouldn't restore my purchase. Have sent a complaint through to apple but didn't have the option for a refund only to report an issue.
Additionally in this freeze it took me back to the beginning but didn't reset my cash so now don't have enough money to look after a pet and no other way to make money so seems to just be a big money grab but they don't actually give you what you pay for...

So this game is fun in all but when I got MAX I put him in his cadge and when I tryed over and over again it didn’t work
Restarts when you close it
I just started playing this game, was fine until I closed the app and it restarted the game. Also purchased the no ads option, first it advertised 4.99 (discount) and then charged me 6.99 (original price) and charged me 3.99 for an unknown reason :( not sure if it’s just a scam or if they will help me and it is a glitch

The game is so good I love animal shelter. It is like u have your own shelter. But in a game way. I love to take care of animals.

The minute my sister said she got the game I was like “oh wow can I watch” She had played for a second and i had to get the game! The best part is - there isn’t any adds!! It’s a game come true😘

Unable to move forward
Unable to clean the cage, even though I own two brooms, tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it didn’t work please help

First of all you can’t even get new animals!!!! They are all the same when they bring one in!!!!! Also, I have been playing this game for years and I loved it at first but I saw you needed to complete levels to get a new room so I started playing every single day to get the new room then finally I quit because I was waiting for like an year. So I don’t know if you have to pay to get the new rooms or if it is just a ripoff! Also when I buy stuff on the computer it doesn’t even come so I loose all that money and it doesn’t even come . Then when the dogs and cats are ready to be adopted it souled me!!! And the rooms for the pets that we have to build I cannot even build them. So yeah DONT get this game

After the tutorial how come I can’t clean the cage with the second dog? There is nothing that comes up to clean it?
