Unluckily we do not have the same resources they have, since the development of that app was financed by the Euro UEFA organization, while in our case, we are just 3 friends working as hard as possible to provide the best experience possible. this app has very slow, when i use and this app slowly worked its so irritating and another problem is notification i didn’t get notify sometimes before the match startajsosbenkdks

I guess Bots have been giving this poor app some 5-star ratings.
The app is always lagging behind the real game by at least 3minutes.
For the first Six games or so, the app always said that the Referee’s name is Unknown! Had to send an email to them about that terrible omission and advise them to completely redesign and update the app.

Hey Eboralistik! Thank you for your review, we take very seriously any kind of comments and try our best to provide the best quality possible. To start with I would like to tell you that although it might not seem like, we are just 3 friends working days and nights to make this app free and available for everyone. Even though our resources are limited we decided to avoid putting ads in the app to give users a better experience. We can assure you that non of the reviews are bots, both Apple and us have policies to prevent that kind of things. We have never received a report of such a big delay in matches as the one you mentioned (3 minutes), the maximum we have seen so far is less than a minute and most of the times is just a couple of seconds. Please if you still have this issue contact us at hello@eruka.tech as you have done in the past. You are right, during the first matches we didn't have the information regarding referees, but we listened to the requests people made and worked hard to include it. Since some updates ago you can find the Referee's name in all matches, previous and upcoming. Thanks again for your advise, unluckily as I mentioned before we are just 3 friends and it's impossible for us completely redesigning the app. The good thing is that most of the people could enjoy the app for free and even with those terrible omissions you mentioned.
