Doesn’t work at all - none of my purchased tickets have appeared just completely useless

Great idea but the app doesn’t work. When I log in using the credentials I used to log into the website and order tickets, the app just says ‘No graduation tickets’.
Thankfully they’re showing up on the E&R website so hopefully I’ll be able to attend my own graduation :-(

Won’t even show tickets that have already been purchased. sincerely, disappointed.
