  • Great app and company for community

    This is a great calisthenics app for beginner to advanced. Very informative and great quality product sand service. I would also like to mention that they are a great brand that care about the community as well. It’s very rare to find top brand/company’s that do, they give back to the community through things such as giveaways and alongside the quality of items is why I support them. Besides the enjoyment of it, many of us get into calisthenics including me due to financial constraints so I appreciate giveaways etc and it means a lot to us!

    Great app for anyone interested in callisthenics! The app has got everything for anyone - whether you’re just beginning your journey with callisthenics or been training for a longer time there’s something for everyone. The app helped me develop so many skills with helpful guides. Great products and great app. Another win for gravity fitness

  • New to Calisthenics

    I’m a regular gym goer and keen to add in with calisthenics movements, because they just look cool!
    The app is jam packed, obviously there are paid items, but the free content looks pretty good. The beginner workouts, beginner programmes and exercise library are available free, which looks like a good place to start for someone like me!
    I’m especially exited about the Get started pull up rack programme, which I hope will aid me in my quest to successfully do a pull up!

  • Fitness to the next level

    The app is great for people of all fitness levels and the content is brilliant. I have been an avid fitness fanatic for years, mainly home workouts with dumbbells, resistance bands and other bits. I have recently purchased some gravity fitness items (but I’m not allowed them until Christmas 😒) so look forward to learning new skills and seeing my fitness progress!

    The gravity fitness app is simply amazing! They have everything you need from goal led training to individual workouts to a skills masterclass. Easy to use and full of useful information! Definitely a must have for anyone in their fitness journey from beginner to advanced.
  • Nothing else like it on the market!

    I’m still a beginner to callisthenics and this app is great. I’m able to see what exercises I am working towards and also the progressions to get there. There are beginner, intermediate and advanced training plans, assembly videos, a community section and lots more! Everything I need in one app. Quality, just like their equipment.

    Honestly the best fitness company EVER! And now an app that makes it even easier with decent workout plans I can actually stick to. Every piece of equipment is made to last unlike other companies I’ve used in the past. The whole process was quick and easy and now Gravity Fitness is my go to. Just added 2 24kg spartanbells to my collection and again the quality is amazing not to mention they look cool

  • What I’ve been looking for!

    I love all the Gravity Fitness gear and this app makes it easy to use not only assemble it, but also perform on it. Rather than having to guess how to do certain calisthenics this app will teach you in detail and provides all level of amazing workouts which take the guesswork and procrastination out of your day.
    All in all I highly recommend this app to anyone who is serious about getting in shape through calisthenics!

    I’m really pleased I downloaded this app. I’ve only just started with the body weight classes. I’m hoping to become strong enough to get some equipment that seems like there’s lots of progression on something that I can build into my daily life💪🏻 i’m really impressed with it, especially as I’ve tried other wraps in the past that have been a bit rubbish.   • Great for a beginner

    As I hurtle towards hormonal Armageddon (and my 50s) I find myself in a position where I have lost a lot of fitness and gained some pain when I walk and have realised it’s well past the time to do something about it. As a lifelong weakling I am keen to build strength over my whole body and instead of giving in to middle age spread I want to banish it. I had been looking for body weight exercises to do and here are whole programmes for me to follow as well as full instruction on a wealth of different exercises with and without equipment. It’s great for all levels but as a beginner I can’t wait to see how I progress.
