Not working
The app was not giving me all my details I am used to seeing so I decided to remove it and reinstall it. Now the app does not recognize my phone number or email address. No one to contact to help.cmdtown
Astoundingly stupid
This app only gives you one minute to enter the verification code that they send to you via email. This is stupefyingly insufficient. It can take time for an email to reach the recipient (up to five days, in fact). This makes the app completely unusable for many people, especially since it won’t even let you contact them unless you’re signed in. There doesn’t seem to be any reason why the response time should be so short.

Bug with paying
Works great till I want to pay bill for the vet where it won’t scroll down when writing card info. To pay at.MiniHorses1992
Useful app, needs improvements
App is great for scheduling appointments and tracking pet related metrics. I’m not sure if it’s possible to link test results or provider notes into the app, but that integration would be great.
It would also be nice to hide animals who’ve passed away from view if you want to. I get it, some people want to be reminded of their dead animal all the time. I don’t.dcostello45
