My wife got me a Shakti mat for my birthday recently (a couple years ago now). It was love at first use. Now, having used it near daily for nearly 1 year (2 years)

The only thing
in my 32 years of life that actually got me to meditate and be present. I use it every day without fail, these days mostly falling asleep on it though 🤷♂️

This pretty basic app has several helpful guided relaxation sessions for acupressure mats.

I didn’t know the mat came with an app. I was so happy when I discovered the Shakti Shala app! The guided meditations are ssSssoOOoo good!!!
Brilliant
Was sceptical of acupuncture when I first heard of it but was soon convinced after my first session around 40 years ago. Only heard about Shakti about 5 weeks ago by accident and thought this sounds good. Bought the premium mat and pillow and got started. Takes a bit getting used to but well worth the effort and discomfort to begin with. Each time on the mat is different but rewarding. Now a firm believer in acupressure .

Great app with lots of useful videos to help you use the mat and use it in all sorts of ways.
There does not seem to be a way to see which videos you’ve watched and which one is next. This would be super useful and make this review 5⭐️
