Super Convenient!
I recently downloaded the app and have used it to book two washes! Setting up took some time, but once I had my car and payment details in, everything was easy! I can quickly select a date, time and package and the technician comes to my house! Highly recommend!
No Way
This was an awful experience trying to book this company for an inspection and car wash. The company needs to streamline this experience. I first went online to “book” an appointment. It gave me no limitations. So I chose a day a week or so out. The day of the appointment I get an email saying that it isn’t available. So I try to reschedule. The phone doesn’t ring through to anyone so I tried to book it again and then sent an email to confirm. Four days later I get an email saying that the time I scheduled was available (unfortunately the listed time was not the time I scheduled). However, presumably that was just for the inspection and not the car wash. Those need to be done on the app. This is the first time I hear of an app. The website gives us the option to book an appointment for car washes. So I go through the app process and try book the appointment. Again, it’s just a request to book at a time. But this time I have to pay a deposit. No way. They want me to pay a deposit to book something where they’ve made no effort to give you the ability to reserve a time. There are tons of apps that allow customers to schedule based on times the business sets out. It’s mind boggling that they’ve tried to put up as many hurdles as they have. This is not a good app or process. I’m giving this 2 stars because I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that their actual services are okay if they ever give you the opportunity to actually get them. No thanks.

Easy to use
Super easy for booking my detail appointment. My tech arrived on time and left my car spotless! Highly recommend!
