Terrible app
This is such a simple app that can be written by a high school graduate. It has one job…to set a schedule for the machine. And it fails miserably at this. The manner in which you set the schedule is so convoluted and poorly thought out, that it is a pain to use. Also, the scheduler forgets settings easily due to the error prone design. They should fire whoever was in charge of this…cause this is absolutely shameful.Show lessM-ini
Works fine
My diffuser is the 2024 model. No problem connecting via BT, controlling or setting schedules. Works as intended and better than having another clunky remote floating around and waiting to get lost.BAQKI
App needs dev work
The core work appears to be done and would work very well if it worked entirely. The scheduling does not remember settings and I think it just needs some final polishing. My guess is the company had a 3rd party develop the app and they have stage 1,2,3 of it and they just quit after 1&2 and didn’t pay them to finish it.
The app scheduler is frustrating to you. You should be able to copy / paste a time and you have to hit save every time you can’t bulk edit things or it just flat out won’t rememberShow lessT-shirt money
Scheduling is difficult
I am pretty tech savvy and still can’t figure out how to get the scheduling right. I don’t use my diffuser nearly as much as I would if I could get that figured out.AJ TN567
Good Machine, TERRIBLE App
How in the world do you make this app work? The machine releases the scent well but I have spent hours trying to set up the times I want the machine to work and turn off. The app is absolutely awful. Nothing saves, it doesn’t make sense, and it’s not at all user-friendly. The machine that goes with it is expensive so it’s quite disappointing that the app doesn’t work. Works ok but needs updating
The schedule can be a bit confusing to set, as other reviews have mentioned. Also, the timer on the app pauses and doesn't keep moving forward if you leave the app and come back, it will display the time when you first left and start counting down again.Pedeofreb
Timing and days are not working!
App doesn’t save the dates and time. It’s frustrating having to set it up everyday. I hope it can get fixed for the amount spent for this machine.jfrank319
