NO SUBTITLES ON AIRPLAY BUYING CHROMECAST DONGLE
I was thrilled BILLLIE FANCON CONCERT was available to me thru FLNK/b.stage app. And when REPLAY came out weeks later with subtitles I eagerly Airplayed from my iPad to my 55" TV. Imagine my surprise when no subtitles appeared on my tv screen! I also had to play around to actually see the video, a lot of times I just got a black screen, though the App showed connected & the music was playing through my tv. Obviously when there is a downloadable App for iPad one expects full functionality. I have communicated thru FLNK customer service 3 times & received responses that were less than fully accurate & elucidating. Since I'm a huge BILLLIE FAN I want to make the effort to be able to watch FLNK Concerts through Apple TV with English subtitles. iPad is better than nothing, but I've never had an issue with watching other concerts with Airplay before. So I guess I'm saying the inteface has massive room for improvement. Also their very brief last answer that the Apple App may not work well, is less than enlightening. I am going to order a CHROMECAST DONGLE & see if the Android app does in fact perform better projecting from my Moto Android Phone.Developer Response

I’ve used this app for all of two days and it’s insanely laggy. It takes over 5-10 seconds for my tap to register to go to a new tab.
But the worst offense is the fact that the translation doesn’t even work properly. The auto translate catches like one or two words to translate and misses out on the entire context of what’s being said. Taking a phrase that’s said pre translation and plugging it into google translate is far more accurate than the in app translate. It makes me want to uninstall the app genuinely. I can’t actively use this app and pay for a subscription if I can’t even accurately read what people are saying.Developer Response

Why does this app take up 4 gb of space on my phone. I only got this to follow Rocky. This is the biggest app on my phone and now my phone says its outta space. I use my phone for personal and for work. I can’t have this hogging space and memory. Plz fix.Developer Response
