Still the missions are not updating an can’t move to next hospital, not recognising the 15,20 an 25 births! Gona stop playing if not sorted asap as have already deleted an reinstalled 3 times to be getting no further so am getting really frustrated with it now. Last time I installed it Saturday an still not sorted.

Stuck on the first level
I’ve been playing this game now for over a week, it’s ok, but I’ve upgraded all the rooms & got all the staff, it says to get mothers to deliver 15 babies ect, but nothing is moving on…I just have got dozens of mothers to have loads of babies by now surly….

What a rip off
So I downloaded this game (great potential) paid for No Ads, achieved all 5 stars, next level…. “Coming soon”. So I contacted App Support….“Coming soon” What??? Shouldn’t your ability to help your customers be viable before anything else? I want my money back

I liked the game fun to play but it doesn’t progress no matter. Glad I didn’t spend anything. Fix it and maybe I will or I’m just gonna delete the game
Won’t let you move on
I’ve upgraded everything in the first hospital and can see there are other hospitals but it won’t allow me to progress to them.. bought the remove the add feature so feel I’ve wasted my money which is a shame as game has potential
