The James app has been fantastic! I love the ability to schedule a driver that is trusted and shared amongst my friends. No other rideshare app has given me and my wife this type of peace of mind when our kids and their friends need a ride somewhere as opposed to not knowing who’s picking them up. In addition I’ve had so many drivers cancel on me or show up in dirty cars that it’s a nice breath of fresh air to have responsible and reliable drivers who also take their job seriously.
This app and the corresponding service have changed the way I plan business trips. I met Sam through the App. I now only book Sam and consider him a friend. Love being able to book a trusted driver for all my transportation needs. Especially booking right after I book flights so my travel plans are locked. I would trust my James drivers for family pick ups and drop offs. They are all drivers I’ve used or have been recommended to try by friends and family. Also drivers receive the ride cost in full. Worth booking a ride and trying out the experience.
